Our prevention program offer's a number of services to individuals between the ages of 12 -24 years of age. Listed below are some comely asked questions regarding our program, eligibility criteria, services provided, our enrollment process and information on how to contact us.


Who qualifies for services?

Any youth age 10 to 20 can receive prevention services. You can receive services regardless of: insurance, ethnicity, citizenship status, or sexuality.


Do I need a referral?

Having a referral is great! However, it is not required. You can walk in and ask about services. Fill out a referral form and wait for us to contact you regarding services. 


Can you help me with other problems like depression or anxiety?

Weber Community Center offers a full range of behavioral health services. Your Counselor/ Case Manager will help you get connected to the right therapist or group that can offer support.


Are services confidential?

All services are confidential. If you are 10 years of age or older you have a right to seek out services. 


Eligibility Criteria

  • Ages 12-24
  • Meet medical necessity
  • Have Medi-Cal insurance or My Health LA or be eligible

Services Provided

  • Outpatient Drug Free Treatment
  • Perinatal Outpatient Drug Free Treatment (expecting mothers and 60 days postpartum)
  • Intensive Outpatient
  • Perinatal Intensive Outpatient (expecting mothers and 60 days postpartum)
  • Drug Counseling
  • Case Management
  • Mental Health Therapy
  • Medication Support
  • Family Counseling
  • Urine Analysis (UA)
  • Workshops for students from 10 to 20 years old 
  • Workshops are 12 weeks in length
  • Workshops for Parents with teenagers that are around or using substances. 

Enrollment Process

  • Scheduled appointment within 48hours of initial contact
  • Complete intake documents
  • Complete individualized assessment
  • Determining level of care
  • Personalized treatment plan created
